Due to the recent update, the game performance is randomly going down everywhere I go.
It's nothing new to have performance issues with Bedrock when it comes to REALLY Low-End PCs (I'm talking about a AMD E1-2500 APU 1.40 GHz Dual Core with a Radeon HD and 4GB of RAM.), but the thing is, the game always ran smoothly until around 1.8.0, and it has only been getting worse every single update.
The thing is that, in this new update, the FPS has been RANDOMLY going down. The best way to describe is this: Let's say I'm in a forest, and I look at a tree. Every chunk was loaded, every area in my render distance was generated, and the FPS will still go down to about 30 and suddenly go back to 60 after 4-6 seconds.
If I look somewhere else, and look at the tree again, sometimes, it will still lag for 4-6 seconds.
It's just really bad :/
Might add some pics later, I'm a bit occupied right now.

same issue, the game was perfect before this update but now i always lag because of chunk loading. I'm at 60fps but when the load of chunks starts, my fps go down radically.
This is ridiculous, my pc could handle this game before the update (8GB RAM, 2.3 GhZ, GTX 960) but now i lag when my chunks loads, what is this? Even my mobile can handle this game (pocket edition) but what happened in this update? It is a bug? or there's something new that our pc's can't handle? we need an answer
I am having the same issue on a highest end system with a 8th gen core i5, Gtx 980Ti 6Gb vram, 16gb of ddr4 ram and a 500gb ssd, windows 10 pro. I am able to turn everything including anti aliasing up to the max without experiencing any drop in fps until this update in which frames drop all the time, its nothing to do with anti aliasing as when turning it down or off the drops in fps persist. Fps will drop while flying across terrain, tping to players, or just moving around. And at some points the game will entirely crash.
oh i discovered something (i don't know if this happens to everyone) but this lag only happens if is my world, this don't happen in realms, online servers or hosted servers by my friends
Thank you for your report!
Crashes such as these are logged automatically, and will be looked into further by the development team.

I'm having either same problem, or similar one. However killing all the mobs in the area helped my fps a bit. Unsure if it's me or it's a thing.
