[MCPE-43453] The pathfinding of the villagers have bugs

The pathfinding of the villagers is a bit problematic, sometimes they do not find their work station and they are left without work and re-stocking their items and it is more noticeable when their station is on a higher floor and although they put stairs they continue to go directly under the block where the station is
