[MCPE-43505] [Fixed] Clouds aren't 3D anymore

The clouds aren't 3D anymore, even with Fancy Graphics enabled. They are still translucent, but 2D.

I can confirm that, before beta 1.11.0.7 , you could activate and deactivate "Fancy clouds". But it does not work anymore and only 2D clouds are enable. I play on an Android device, more specifiacally, a Motorola moto e5.

Update: They're not 2D, but they're actually missing their sides, so we basically have two 2D cloud layers that are not connected.

Fixed in Beta 1.11.0.8 the latest beta for Bedrock.
