Helmet gets put on your wear spot when entering grindstone menu.
I noticed it when wearing a broken iron helmet and taking it off with another damaged iron helmet in my inventory (so two broken helmets in the inventory.) When I entered the grindstone I could only find one helmet.
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket has not been updated recently so is being closed as Cannot Reproduce. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines.
