[MCPE-43668] Opening Menus Lags

When opening Menus ingame, even my own inventory and crafting menus, Minecraft will have a serious lag spike and even freeze for a few moments. This becomes worse when crafting large sums of items or even opening an inventory that has Book and Quils or even Shulker Boxes in it.
