[MCPE-4384] Fire arrows dont work

If you shoot arrows threw lava or fire the arrow is on fire so if you shoot a mob or tnt it set it on fire like pc

I don't think that Mojang have implemented that feature yet.

This isn't a bug.
This is a feature that hasn't been implemented yet.

If every feature that is included in the PC Edition but isn't in the Pocket Edition yet was considered a bug, Pocket Edition itself would just be considered one big glitch.
