"Close" button doesn't appear in world selector after using a gamepad

Confirmed on win10, switch and android

Confirmed in 1.11.2 and 1.12.0.3 beta (Windows 10).

This also works the other way around (switching to a gamepad, the "Close button" does not disappear)

Still in 1.14.x/1.15.x
