Had a villager that was trading a enchanted diamond pickaxe then when I went on to trade it was replaced with a shovel. I had the pickaxe trade before villagers had these hats and stuff and I really needed this pickaxe trade.

I was given beta (1.11) without being told so I've basically figured out what happened but I'm still not sure if the trade will stay as a shovel
Whenever I use the new villagers in 1.10 experimental they change jobs sometimes and will say the new thing they r but keep old trades why? Could this be because of my device or is it a glitch?please help ASAP
