After the 1.10 update minecraft has been using up to 85% of my cpu at times causing severe stuttering. During the 1.9 update i ran all max setting with a 64 chunk render distance and had no stuttering issues, but am unsure of what cpu usage was because i had never monitored it. As of the 1.10 update if my render distance is above 16 chunks and i begin travelling by elytra, my cpu usage will quickly climb to the 80%+ range and will stay there until i stop moving. even at a 16 chunk render distance i will see up to 60%+ cpu usage and mild stutter, and at 32 or above will hit 85%+(all of my remaning cpu uasge). On flat world type i can run max setting 80 chunk render and will see no stutter and ~50% usage.

Having problems with flying around or tping to people, either very laggy or will straight up crash the game. Pc specs are a 8th gen i5, Gtx 980Ti 6gb vram, 16gb ddr4 ram, 500gb ssd. The game was perfectly playable before this update and that seems to be the case every time a new update comes out, they fix it later on then to get messed up again by another update.
If a moderator or a developer is reading this, we dont care how long it takes to produce these updates, we just want them to be good and bug free. this is probably the most infested update so far.
