bedrock_server_how_to.html incorrect wording

In the html help file bedrock_server_how_to.html it states to reload permissions if changed in the permissions.json file by running "permissions reload" command.

This command does not work. The correct command that has worked for me is "permission reload"

This appears to still be an issue. I was able to get this to work using the command "permission reload" but the html help file still suggests using "permissions reload". I tested this using bedrock server version 1.14.0.9 on Ubuntu. Likewise, the html help file suggests using "permissions list" but the command that works is "permission list". This seems like it is just a typo in the help file. Here is the relevant passage in the help file, with the incorrect commands highlighted.

"If you change this file while the server is running, then run the command {color:#ff8b00}permissions{color} reload to make sure that the server knows about your new change. You could also list the current permissions with {color:#ff8b00}permissions{color} list."
