[MCPE-44372] operating control block

The teleport command in the command block tells me that no target matches the selector, while the chat is working properly.

This is intended. You are not trying to teleport anything.

I assume the command you meant to type in the command block was /tp @p 0 64 1

please note (kinda related to @Jonathan Hanzel's comment) you must always specify a target for the command to work in command blocks such as @a, @p, @e, or @r.
