When I slay an illager captain, regardless of type (patrol or pillager outpost captain), there is a chance that I will NOT GET THE BAD OMEN STATUS EFFECT.
It doesn't matter whether I use melee or ranged attacks.

We have seen this as well, but I think that was on. 8...I think it's working properly on. 9
