[MCPE-44436] The Cat bug when leash cat, will be run Faster!

This is bug another, when leash on the cat, The Cat will be run be faster like not the tamed.

PLEASE FIX IT!!

Is this still an issue for you? If so, what is the expected behavior, because irl most cats will freak out when you put a leash on them?
