Dried Kelp Block bottom texture is rotated wrong

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a Dried Kelp Block;

2. Look at the bottom texture.

Expected results:
The lines match the sides of the block, just like the top texture.

Observed results:
The lines don't match the sides of the block.
