[MCPE-44688] Cat heads don't move when sitting

The version before I was just playing and the cats were fine.
This one however the cats heads don't move when you make them sit so they look like the head is in the chest when you make the cat sit. They are fine if they are up and moving though. Once they sit down the head stays in the same position and looks very odd.
