In the 1.12.0.2 beta, the lectern had controller tooltips added to it, one of which is the "Read Book" tooltip, but this tooltip doesn't show up on the hud when you are not holding an item. When you have an item in your hand (sword, carrot, firework, etc) the tooltip shows up like it is supposed to, but when you have nothing selected (hand is out) the tooltip doesn't show up.
Steps to Reproduce:
Load a world and use a controller with tooltips enabled
Place a lectern
Place a book and quill on the lectern
Aim at the lectern while holding an item and while not holding an item
Observed Results:
The "Read Book" tooltip doesn't appear when you are not holding an item.
Expected Results:
The "Read Book" tooltip should appear.
