After trying to download my realm from Xbox One or windows 10, I get the following screen. Nothing takes place and the world does not download.

The same problem is happening with my realm as well. The only difference is that I cannot upload the backup I have for it. My world size is only around 20mb and it has never done this before the 1.11 update. Would greatly appreciate any help if anyone has found a workaround for the time being!

I have experienced the same issue. It affects only one of my three realms. The world that fails is 131mb, the other two are less than 25mb. I have attempted to download it on both Windows 10 Edition and Pocket Edition with the exact same results as you "Downloading World - 0.00mb of 0.00mb"
