Treasure Hunter achievement not unlocking

Treasure Hunter Achievement is not unlocking in Windows 10 PC Bedrock v1.17.0.58 Beta. I purchased an Ocean Explorer map from village Cartographer; went to Ocean Monument with map in my Hot Bar, right hand, see above screenshots.

I've also had this trouble. I've tried with Ocean Explorer maps and with Woodland Explorer maps. I've been in both the Ocean Monument and the Woodland Mansion and taken items out and even killed some monsters, but no Achievement on my Xbox One for either of them.
I don't know that I could duplicate this except by going back and buying another map.
Expected behavior is to get the Achievement.
Observed behavior is no Achievement.

I am also experiencing this same issue, hard restarting at the location with map in hand has no effect.

I've experienced this recently (1.17.10) with two ocean explorer maps, purchased from the same cartographer. I entered the monument with the map in hand after I had already raided it once and killed the elder guardians, so it was not the first time I'd explored it. I tried with the maps in the hotbar and offhand.

I eventually got the achievement by purchasing a woodland explorer map from same cartographer and entering the mansion.

We were unable to reproduce the problem you are describing in the latest version.
