When it's night time not al villagers go to sleep. Even when there are more then enough beds.
As you can see just one is sleeping and the others are just standing there the whole night.
When testing this with 200 villagers only 12 are sleeping in a bed.

Can confirm that many villagers have been drinking coffee before bedtime. With 200 villagers, only about 65 - 75% are sleeping after many in-game nights. In addition, villagers do not path find on top of beds. With the entire floor covered in beds, the villagers will not move to their workstations. In fact, they do not move at all.

i got all of mine to go to bed but i had to build a walking path around each bed. once there their though they still do not move, nor do they still not use there work staitons

same problem on xbox one.

Based on the picture and comments, report is a duplicate of MCPE-45560. Villagers cannot get into their beds if they are not close enough, and they can't get close enough because they are unable to pathfind off of the beds they happen to be standing on.
