[MCPE-45543] I can not load the custom skin, because at the moment of doing it the application freezes and closes.

I have a problem with the Minecraft Windows 10, which is to load a custom skin to my character since doing so the application freezes and closes suddenly, this error is not recent and I have this problems from about 4 to 5 versions back approximately , I thought that it would be corrected with future versions, however it was not like that, already tried to reinstall the application but it did not work, I hope and they can give me indications of what to do to fix it.
