The file "chicken.animation_controllers.json" is missing from the vanilla template resource pack files, this causes issues when using the "Minecon2018" Resource Packs, as ducks use this animation for walking, sitting etc.
The file was present in 1.9 and 1.10 but disappeared in 1.11 and 1.12.
