In the world that the bug is happening in the village is artificially created. We started with two zombie villagers, converted them, then bred them, we now have about 20 villagers. Sometimes when the villagers are walking around the angry cloud particles appear around them even though they are unprovoked, immediately after that happened the happy green cross particles appeared and they kept on going through their day. This also happened during the meeting time at the end of the day.

it means they cant reach a bell, bed or profession block that they have claimed. when a villager can't reach a claimed block, they break ownership with it(the clouds) and attach to a similar vacant block in range(the green sparkles). they usualy re attach to the block they just broke owner ship with.... they will access various blocks throughout the day and often these breaks are due to pathfinding errors. you will have to fix these issues as they arise and are very common in naturally generated villages.
