The broken turtle egg and the baby turtle does not care about the tick speed

I try to make a turtle farm for those scutes on my survival world then i waited for 2 hours and it seem nothing change the egg does not even crack at all. The next day try it on creative world and i increasing the tick speed to 4000 and finally 90 min later it hatch even so the baby turtle does not care about tick speed at all overall the baby turtle can take more than 3 hours to grow up into adult.
