The dragon fireball AOE deals damage every 1/4 second instead of every 1/2 second like its supposed to.
The damage from the fireball adds upward momentum to the player (sending them into the air), making movement nearly impossible.
As a result of this, a single dragon fireball can one-shot a player within 3 seconds, even if that player has a totem of undying, full iron armor, and has eaten an enchanted golden apple.

We're actually already tracking this issue at MCPE-40344, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
