[Duplicate/Fixed] Enchanted armor is displayed as unenchanted on mobs and armor stands

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enchant any piece of armor;

2. Equip an armor stand with it.

Expected results:
The enchanted glint is properly displayed.

Observed results:
The armor looks like it's unenchanted.

This is possibly related to MCPE-44669, as both bugs were introduced in the same version.
