I created a village and have got the hero of the village enchant but now that enough villagers and beds are there, they are spawning iron golems. Every iron golem spawned in to the village has been hostile toward me. I have not attacked any villagers or iron golems and got hero of the village while they were spawned and they are still hostile.

Unfortunately, defeating raids has no impact on player popularity in Bedrock Edition villages.
