My friends are timing out while loading into my world.

So I have a group of friends (me and 5 others) and out of all of them i'm usually the one responsible for hosting the worlds such as my minigame world or my survival world and its been normal for about a year now and just about a year now and just about 1 week ago my friend was trying to join my world until it timed out so we continued to try for about an hour so we called it off. So this all of my friends were going on my survival world but they all timed out until we just gave up. I've done pretty much everything in my power to fix it such as resetting my xbox, minecraft and my friends have done the same thing too. Please help me, Best Regards.
