Continually moving after letting go of a key on mobile phones

After I have held on to one button on my screen whether it be my movement key, hotbar or screen the button is still being held onto although I have released my finger of that key. This is especially annoying when you are fighting mobs, in the nether, in the end or in a cave it would be much appreciated if you fix this Mojang (I know this isn't just my phone bugging out because it never happens when I'm using my phone regularly)
