Look at my status effects and bubbles when watching video and at the end im up in a block underwater with the timer not going down

To make it easier for developers it Starts at about 50 seconds and after when i start to show off the bug i didn't want to die underwater when i hit the record button. Also it proves that u dont need a conduit underwater as long as u have a block above you.
