My niece and I attempt to play Minecraft on the switch. She get's a lot of lag and freezes all the time and it only happens on her Minecraft. I bought a switch and installed Minecraft and don't get any lag.
I paid for a 2 person Realm for us to attempt to help. I can connect with no issues. She gets disconnected after 1-2 minutes every time.
We have tried this on more than one network, router, and home. It is consistent. For some reason her version lags and disconnects. It is not her switch. no issues with other games. I have no issues on my switch. It is not a network related issue either.
This is her favorite activity period, and her experience is just awful. Please provide options for troubleshooting.
To add to this - the latency, and freezes happen on servers, realms, and games she has created. She is disconnected from the Realm I bought us within 1-2 minutes every time. Even joining public servers, she constantly lags for long periods of time.
