Crashes that sometimes delete my inventory.

Occasionally while playing in a world, the software crashes and I'm sent to the switch home menu with a pop-up that says "the software close because an error occurred" or something to that effect. I wouldn't mind dealing with this normally, but on two occasions now, these crashes have caused my entire inventory, levels and all, to vanish. All other players and chests are unaffected by this, just me, the host player.
