[MCPE-46744] Skin Change itself opening the game

Skin changes every time the game opens. It happens in custom, Steve, Alex and skin pack skins.

Obs.: Also happening on Xbox One

Does it reset to the previous cross platform skin? if so it may be a duplicate of MCPE-45476

or does it reset to the default steve/alex skin? if so may be a duplicate of MCPE-32089
