[MCPE-46809] Swimming close to walls and ground stuck player into the wall sometimes

So, I playing in my world where I create a water flow with one block width and 4 blocks height. When I tried to swim in this flow, sometimes I get stuck in the wall, and need to break the block or close the world and open it again
