Uncontrollable Clicking

I was building a bridge in my Minecraft world, when all of a sudden, anywhere I looked, anything on the dot in the middle of the screen would be obliterated, as if I were holding down left click. I thought maybe it was because of the way I hold the mouse, where I rest my fingers on the right and left click buttons (but I don't press down). So I changed the attack/destroy button to Q , and changed the other buttons so that none were unset. This worked. I played this way for a couple minutes, but soon noticed it was hard due to the fact that I was used to destroying blocks with that button. I thought it was done acting up, so i changed it back. Nope, Still destroying things uncontrollably. This was getting odd, so I decided to try something: I pointed the dot at an area of blocks that I didn't need. I took my hands off the mouse, off the keyboard, and onto my lap. It was still going. And that determines it was not my hand, but a glitch. Extremely game destroying too. I am not able to attach anything, since I cannot apply video, only image. And plus, even if I could apply video, you wouldn't be able to see me in real life, with my hands off the computer.

This pretty much sums up the issue. I need to get this fixed ASAP, since I cannot play Minecraft until this is fixed.

Edit: Also, this is not a technical issue, this is a Minecraft issue, because this does not happen on any websites other than Minecraft.
