Lag problems

I got this game on my Nintendo Switch but once in a while it will just stop up. I haven't damaged the chip or my console in any way. I've tried deleting everything and re downloading it but every time it does the same thing so I assume it's something on your end. Unless you fix it I may need a refund as it is almost unplayable
