minecrafts says world is corrupted after giving me a low storage warning

i was playing on one of my worlds just fine and then left the game for the night when i tried to log back in i got a notice that i had low storage even though i have over 300 GB of storage on my PC free i closed minecraft and restarted it i have turned off my computer and turned it on and nothing was working now i am getting a notice that my world has been corrupted even thought i log in and am fine for about 5 seconds i dont know what to do and have had the game for only a few days
