[MCPE-46857] Hoe textures are inconsistent

Summary

Stone and iron hoes have a dark gray line on the back of the handle when it should be brown. The golden hoe's handle appears brighter than the rest of the hoes and wooden and diamond hoes are missing 1 pixel on the top of the hoe.

This issue needs to be reopened. I just recently reported texture issues for the diamond sword & all pickaxes, and they've already been assigned to be fixed by Jasper Boerstra. This bug also needs to be fixed alongside them.
