This has happened twice on different servers. I have found that in multiplayer on the beta of the xbox version if you have a group of around 5 villagers or more and a bell the game stops working. there is essentially no sounds, pressure plates don't work but you can open doors yourself (without sound). Blocks can be placed and destroyed with no visual feedback of them cracking but disappear and can't be picked up. You can't react with villagers either. When trying to quit out the game, you get stuck on a saving screen that never ends so you have to quit using the xbox sidebar. Then when trying to reload the world the same problem happens. In my case, even though I only had one bell, I loaded in with a bell in my hand, a bell on a wall that used to be there but wasn't there when the game broke and a bell on a wall that was there when the game broke. Obviously I can't pick the two placed up and when i place and mine the one in hand it also disappears. I have noticed from two worlds that when around villagers and a bell this issue arises but never had it happened when I was solo or when there were no villagers around. Thanks in advance for any help I would love to get my world back if it is possible.

Most likely what happened is you have experienced MCPE-46636 / MCPE-46654, just before an autosave. I'm going to resolve this ticket for now. Feel free to create a new ticket (or comment) if the issue persists in a version higher than 1.12.0.6+. Please do not try to open your world again and again, but use a copy to test if the issue is resolved in the future.
Keep in mind beta's are for testing purposes and do not reflect the final product. More info here.

Do you know when the next update will come generally? like in the next week or will it be over a month?
Can you explain a bit more how the world is not working anymore? "Then when trying to reload the world the same problem happens" What exactly happens here?
The same behavior you mentioned above? Can't interact with things and blocks don't drop etc?
