Some purchased skins do not appear in game and are only accessible by the store

Hi, I searched a bit to see if I could find this issue reported already but I can't. So apologies if it's a duplicate.

Me and my friends encounter an issue with how skins load in game.

Essentially, it seems that when in a world, and you presses 'Menu' and press 'X' to change skins. The skins appear going from A-Z in order. However, it shows mainly skins I do not own. And only goes down to G, before it can't load any more packs. Essentially 70% if the shown packs are unowned whole 30% are. Saying that. A majority of my skin packs I own are after the letter G in the list, meaning I can't swap to that skin in game.

My work around is exiting the world and going to the store, then my packs and finding the skin that way, but it's quite a Hassel, especially if I am world host. As then I have to leave the game. It'd force my friends out. I'd have to load the store. Find the skin. Then reload the world which takes a while due to it's size.

It seems like a small issue, but with how important skins are in game, and the fact they are paid for. I would like to see a fix soon enough if possible. It is so far only seen on XBOX ONE, so it's not an issue with custom skins.
