Realms replacing world issue

When I try to replace my realm with a world, it starts exporting 0.00MB of 0.00MB. After it loads, the operation shows that it failed. Then no one can join, and I can't do anything to the settings of the realm. I have to wait, and if I try to replace the world again. It does the same thing. 2 months of realms have gone to waste now because I can't even replace the world. It does this across multiple devices when I sign into them, and try to replace the world. At first I thought it was limited to one device, but I moved the world from devices, and tried to replace the world from there, but the issue still occurred on the other device.
