Realms not completing the upload process

I've been trying since yesterday to update my add-on packs my world file with packs is only 250mb I close the realm download a copy apply the new packs and and upload as usual it just stops on the last screen instead of saying "Lets go" it just says cancel ive left it for an hour on that screen. I even tried with my xbox one same hang up
