The launcher is unable to save a downloaded file and instead gives an error that says "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."
I've looked into the possible solutions but haven't found any that were successful. I have uninstalled and reinstalled before which has worked, but it no longer is able to fix my problem.
If anyone is able to help me solve this issue that I am having, I would greatly appreciate it!

An attachment with a disallowed file extension has been removed from this ticket.
Executable files and documents are not allowed as attachments.
Please attach crash reports, log files and screenshots as they are instead of pasting them into a document.
