[MCPE-47766] strength effect doesn´t work with criticals

Meanwhile I were testing some redstone in my world, I noticed that the strength effect doesn´t work with critical hits

Is this still an issue in 1.16.220 ?

I tested this on Windows 10 in 1.16.230.54 with a cow and got the following results:

I hit a cow with just my hand in the following conditions:

Just Hitting: 5 hits to kill the cow

Jumping to create Critical hits: 4 Hits to kill the cow

Hitting with Strength I : 4 Hits to kill the cow

Strength I + Critical Hits: 3 Hits to kill the cow (indicating that strength and critical hits are working together)
