Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place a shulker box on the ground;

  2. Go on top of it;

  3. Open it.

Expected results:
The box opens and lifts you.

Observed results:
The box opens and you fall through it.

bug happens in 1.13.0.1 & 1.13.0.2 betas
