[MCPE-47895] Noteblocks, most of the time, play no sound the first time they get a redstone signal.

Place a noteblock
Give it a redstone signal (I was using repeater in a line of noteblocks)
Profit

Enter a previously not loaded chunk with a Noteblock
Give it a redstone signal (I was using repeater in a line of noteblocks)
Profit.
