[MCPE-4791] bow bug

Bow with no arrows= appears as if it was on split touch controls when it is not, when digging.

You cant dig with a bow if you have arrows, Work As Intended
Edit: You can dig with your bow without arrows

i tried it and no split touch controls appeared, Cannot Reproduce and Work as Intended

I meat the circle that shows the progress of mining said block! That's what I mean. Not the crosshairs!
