In Minecraft Bedrock edition Wandering Traders are spawning I’m with the invisibility effect. I have seen it in numerous worlds, Xbox and iOS.

Couldn't reproduce. Are you sure they're not spawning without any effects, and then drinking a potion because of a monster?
