Summary:
When using touch controls, with swap jump and sneak enabled, the player loses sprint momentum when sprinting on scaffolding and jumping.
Repro Steps:
Lay a section of scaffolding along the ground
Go to Settings>Touch>Swap Jump and Sneak
Using touch controls, sprint along the scaffolding
Whilst sprinting forwards, move your finger down to the jump button
Now compare that when running along other blocks, such as grass
Observed Results:
When using touch controls, with swap jump and sneak enabled, the player loses sprint momentum when sprinting on scaffolding and jumping.
Expected Results:
The player should not lose momentum when sprinting and jumping on scaffolding, with swap jump and sneak enabled.

It seems to be working ok for me in the latest 1.13 beta build - I'd like some confirmation from users on other devices to make sure, though.
