Minecraft store purchase error

Bought coins, attempted to buy space craft texture pack, stated it was processing for 5 minutes then said error check internet connection. Went through Microsoft, ran all their tests, internet tests. Everything works great on that end. No problem. Minecraft store, however, does not. It took my money and my coins but no download. Microsoft said this is a Mojang issue. This I know because I went through this very same problem 2 months ago. I only went through Microsoft because you guys insisted I do that last time only to find out, indeed, it was your problem and low and behold some how you sent a fix over. So please look into this and figure out why this continues to happen
