[MCPE-48223] Walking animation changes based on the direction you're looking at

This is easier to notice in third person view.

When facing east/west the camera will only bob up and down;

When facing north/south the camera will bob left and right as well.

I found this issue too! Although, if you switch your perspective in the world, it will be fine! I don't know how these bugs keep getting added, but they do...
